The ANRI LINE Connect system of Anri Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the System") may be used only on acceptance of the following terms and conditions of service. Users who do not accept these terms and conditions may discontinue their use of the System.
The following words are used throughout these terms and conditions of service, the disclaimers and all agreements:
"User", "customer" and "you" mean a person who uses this System and accepts the company's terms and conditions.
"The company", "us" and "we" mean Anri Holding Co., Ltd.
Nature of the service
ANRI LINE Connect is a system service directed at customer relations: a membership scheme for collecting points and redeeming reward coupons with Anri Holding Co., Ltd. The System comprises the following.
- A section available only to internet users who have registered under the conditions of the System, consisting of membership registration, the collection of points by telephone number or QR code, and the redemption of coupons.
Cookie policy
When you enter our System, information relating to your access is stored in the form of cookies. This cookie policy explains what they are, how they work and what they are for, as well as how to delete and refuse them in the interest of your privacy. By entering the System you are deemed to have permitted our use of cookies in accordance with the cookie policy set out below.
A cookie is a small file that stores data by recording it on the computer and/or communication device you are using — a tablet or a smartphone, for instance — through your web browser while you are in our System. Cookies do not harm your computer and/or communication device in the following cases.
Your personal data may be stored in order to improve your experience of our services online, remembering your language and usage preferences. The purpose of collecting this data is to confirm your individual characteristics and your security information, and to identify the products and services that interest you. Cookies are also used to measure the volume of online service usage, to adapt content to your past and present usage, and for advertising and public relations purposes.
We use cookies to improve your experience and satisfaction: they let us understand how you use the System quickly, and make it easier and more convenient to reach. In some cases we need a third party to carry out this work, which may require an internet protocol address (IP address) and cookies for statistical analysis, as well as for linking data and processing it for marketing purposes.
Permission
Anri Holding Co., Ltd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in all content in the ANRI LINE Connect system. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access the ANRI LINE Connect system for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.
Your obligations
On registering, the user agrees to give current information about themselves that is accurate, truthful and complete, as specified in the registration form, and to keep that registration information accurate, complete, truthful and current. Should it later be found that you have given information that is inaccurate or incomplete, Anri Holding Co., Ltd. has the right to suspend use or revoke membership, and to refuse any or all services now or in future available. This is for the user's own benefit, and the user may correct such information through the contact channels: email anri.operation@gmail.com or telephone (+66)830-485-7888.
The user further agrees not to use the service in the following ways.
- Uploading or sending any message or content contrary to public order — anything unlawful or immoral, anything insulting to the monarchy, to a race or to a religion, or anything obscene, defamatory or in breach of another person's privacy.
- Representing or impersonating another person, or falsely claiming an association with another person.
- Uploading or sending any message or content that infringes the copyright, patents, trade marks, trade secrets or intellectual property rights of any person, including those of the System, without prior permission.
- Adapting and publishing any part of the information in this System without the permission of Anri Holding Co., Ltd.
- Uploading or sending any message or content containing a computer virus, or computer code, files or other programs designed to damage, interrupt the operation of, or limit the functioning of servers, networks, hardware or software.
- Collecting the personal data of other users by any means whatsoever.
Keeping confidential information
- The user accepts and agrees that personal data given by the user, or used through processing by the computers that control the operation of the whole System, is the right and property of this System, which will protect it and keep it confidential to the best of its ability so as to prevent its loss, alteration or misuse. Anri Holding Co., Ltd. currently applies a security system of an appropriate standard to its database servers. Nevertheless, for the security of the data, the user should comply strictly with the terms and conditions of service of this System.
- Should such personal data be stolen by electronic means (hacked), lost or damaged as a result of force majeure of any kind, Anri Holding Co., Ltd. reserves the right to disclaim all responsibility for that damage.
- The express online service, which enters the database of a registered user, is reached by confirming the user account and logging in with a customer reference code (telephone number). To preserve the various benefits due to the user under the conditions of Anri Holding Co., Ltd., the user should keep that information confidential and must never disclose it to any unconnected person. The express online service is provided only to registered users. Any act carried out under a user's customer reference code (telephone number) is the responsibility of that user, who bears all errors and all resulting damage, whether caused by the user's own act or by another's.
- Users should sign out of confidential information every time they finish using it, so as to prevent another person from continuing to use that information where the owner of the data has switched the machine off, or where that data has no time-out, or the machine has no program to close it automatically.
- Anri Holding Co., Ltd. has the right to cancel a password where there is reason to believe that the user has breached the terms of service, halting all or part of the service with or without notice, deleting the related data and files held during membership, and/or blocking access to those files or services.
Scope of responsibility
Anri Holding Co., Ltd. does not warrant that the information and services in this System will meet the needs or expectations of every user, that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will be free of viruses, defects or delay; nor does it warrant that any fault in the software will be corrected immediately. Use of the service is at the user's own discretion, and the user accepts the risk of any damage that may occur to their computer system, or of any loss of data resulting from use of this System.
Anri Holding Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change or suspend the service, in part or in whole, in order to improve the System; notice will be given to users in advance.
Links to other websites
Some services on the System may link to other websites so that members receive information in full. Please note that Anri Holding Co., Ltd. cannot control or take responsibility for the information presented there, and has nothing to do with the data protection policy of those websites. Users should make themselves familiar with the terms of those websites in order to prevent any damage that may arise.
Where information comes from another source, the particulars of that data, article, image, content, price or anything else presented to the public are the sole responsibility of the person presenting that information or content, since Anri Holding Co., Ltd. exercises no control over it.
Information in this System may link to other websites. Anri Holding Co., Ltd. does not endorse, support or approve the information on those websites, and does not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current, that it will be useful for any particular purpose, or that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property. Anri Holding Co., Ltd. disclaims all responsibility in the event of an infringement of intellectual property through those websites.
Sending news by short message service (SMS)
The System sends messages by short message service, or SMS, to confirm registration through the website, and also to send news, services and special promotions. Users will receive news about products or services, special promotions, benefits, new or improved and extended services, and the various activities that Anri Holding Co., Ltd. arranges for users. Users may choose to receive, cancel or change that service at any time.
Copyright at law
Anri Holding Co., Ltd. gives notice to users that all text, images, sound, content, trade marks, service marks, trade names, methods of presentation and any component appearing on this System are the lawful property of Anri Holding Co., Ltd. alone, and are protected under Thai intellectual property law.
Any person who copies, counterfeits, reproduces, adapts, publishes to the public, distributes, holds for use, holds for hire or does anything else amounting to the pursuit of commercial gain or improper benefit from the intellectual property described above, without the permission of Anri Holding Co., Ltd., will in any such case be proceeded against at law immediately as an infringer of those rights.
Use of this System and of all the information in it is subject to the laws of Thailand. Use of the System is taken to be voluntary on your part, and you consent to comply with all of the conditions. If you do not consent to the agreement above, please stop using the System.
