Anri’s philosophy is to use only high-quality ingredients and to bake freshly at our shop everyday. with our “Signature Aomori Apple Pie” that use only apples from Aomori prefecture, where best quality with superior taste apples have been grown.
How to enjoy and warm up Anri Bakery

Enjoy right away
For the best quality, we recommend eating our pastries on the day you buy them. They taste best when they are not warm.

Enjoy chilled
Eat them straight from the fridge! Or put them in the freezer for about 15–20 minutes before eating for a different texture.

Enjoy warm
To warm our pastries, heat them in an oven at 180°C for about 3 minutes.
Please do not microwave our pastries! We also do not recommend warming pastries that contain fresh fruit.

How to store
Our pastries keep in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
