Sign up through LINE Official Account : Anri Bakery (LINE ID: @anribakeryth) or by scanning the QR code displayed at the front of every branch, connecting through the LINE app.

• All you need to start collecting points is your mobile number, email address and date of birth.
• Plus the details on your ID card, if you would like to receive more benefits.

Every 25 baht you spend earns 1 Anri Point. Ask to collect when you pay in store, in either of two ways:

1. Give your phone number
2. Show your point-collection QR code in LINE Official Account : Anri Bakery

Any amount under 25 baht is not counted.

• No, membership does not expire.
• Unless the membership is cancelled, for example because of fraud or use that breaks the conditions.

• Yes. Anri Points collected in a given year expire at the end of the following year.
  • Example A (collecting points as usual)
    1. During 2022, you have 100 points.
    2. During 2023, you collect another 50 points.
    3. On 31 December 2023, 100 of your Anri Points expire.
  • Example B (redeeming points during the year)
    1. During 2022, you have 100 points (expiring 31/12/2023).
    2. During 2023, you collect another 50 points (expiring 31/12/2024).
    3. During 2023, you redeem 30 Anri Points (leaving 150 − 30 = 120 points).
    4. On 31 December 2023, 70 of your Anri Points expire (items 1–3).

Yes, in Anri Member:

1. Tap the gear (settings) icon in the top-right corner.
2. Tap “Member information”.
3. The screen shows the Anri Points that will expire at the end of this year.

1. Choose the coupon you want and tap “More details”.
2. Tap “Redeem coupon” to get a QR code.
3. Show the QR code to our staff.

• Show the QR code of the coupon you redeemed (see the question above) so the cashier can scan it before you pay or collect your reward.

• Once you are an Anri Member, bring your old stamp card to a branch — stamps can only be transferred to Anri Points in store.
• Hand over the old card together with your Anri Member QR code, or tell our staff your member phone number, and they will transfer the points.
• Transfer rate: 1 stamp = 2 Anri Points.

Every 40 points you collect can be redeemed for:

1. A 50-baht discount
2. A Premium Gift (coming soon)

• You can still collect points by giving the phone number you signed up with.
• However, you cannot redeem points for benefits until you have signed up and logged in through LINE. This confirms your identity and prevents anyone else from claiming your privileges.
